"I'm about a month into using this now, so I have some experience with this face wash. First and foremost, it's certainly one of the better scented face washes I've found. It's adequately strong but not overwhelming. I'm not the type to describe things like I was some stuffy wine aficionado, "I detect subtle notes of pine, with forward kisses of aspen and a minute finish of patchouli". Therefore, I can only describe it as being a fresh scent. As for the product's most important part, its cleaning prowess. . . Knocked a star off because it's a little thin. From the company that pushes "THICK"; This stuff is anything but. However, it still cleans pretty well if not a bit runny."

"I bought 2 of these, one for me one for my son. Both pumps would not release from closed position. I ended up taking them apart and was able to have the pump release from closed/locked position to operational. As for the soap, I have been pleased with it and will buy again. Hopefully by then the pump issue will be resolved."
"I spent about 30 min trying to unscrew the pump so that it would pop out and be ready for use. Instead, I had to break the top so that I have to go old fashioned and manually operate the pump. This is one product that was not battle tested and failed miserably. The solution inside is okay for the purpose but I got a better clean with the face scrubs."
