1. Sweepstakes Period: The Duke Cannon Luck of the Lather Game (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 1, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Duke Cannon Supply Co. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, the first 10,000 purchasers of Duke Cannon Shamrock Big Ass Brick of Soap or Duke Cannon Shamrock Thick Body Wash on dukecannon.com (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) randomly selected game card with their delivery (“Entry”). One (1) Entry per person/address. Game cards available while supplies last. Any attempt by any entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. 4. Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter and receive a game card without purchase, on a plain 3” x 5” card, handprint legibly in all block letters, your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (or age), email address, and phone number. 5. How to Play: Each game card contains a prize. Pull the three (3) tabs on the game card. The prize on each game card must be revealed under all three (3) pull tabs on an individual game card.

Proof of Entry by AMOE will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address included with Entry used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 11. Warranties and Representations; Release of Liability: You hereby hold Sponsor and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third-party claim arising from use of any Entry and you waive any right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes or to be compensated for any such uses. Participating in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, address, likeness and Entry in connection with the Sweepstakes only and as otherwise required by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant/winners agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or component thereof, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and the Official Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in Minnesota and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Minnesota. You agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Minnesota; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages, whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
