"Since I discovered Duke Cannon soap several years back, it's the only soap I buy or use. I have certain scents that I like better than others, but I've never tried any that I've hated. I also have scents that I find are better during the hot humid sweaty months and others that are better in the winter months. Nuts and Bolts is one of those scents that I like in the hot summer months and likely into the fall. When you come in from outside in the southeast louisiana heat, you are just stanky and nasty. Like all DC soaps, this one lathers well, hydrates the skin, gets you clean, and smells nice. It's a light scent that is perfect for the summer heat and early fall. The citrus scented soaps are always light and great for warmer weather from my experience using DC soaps for several years now."
"Since discovering Duke Cannon bar soap several years ago, it's the only soap I use now. I've tried some scenst that I like better than others, but I've never used any that I genuinely disliked. There were some that didn't wow me like others, but I never hated any of them. I say try them all and see what you like. Rise and grind really does smell like coffee from the box. I haven't used this one just yet so I'm waiting to see the difference between the box smell, and how it smells after a shower as that can sometimes be different. From the box though, it smells great."

But I do bathe and use Duke Cannon products also. I try to purchase at local hardware stores if I can. If not I go to Target. I do love my Duke products!"

Backyard BBQ is one of those scents that I think will be better for winter use or colder months. It's definitely a darker richer scent that I'd prefer during the winter months and this is my first time with this scent so I'm only basing this on the smell out of the box. Like all DC soaps, this one will lather well, hydrate the skin, get you clean, and will smell nice. It's a heavier scent that I think would be better for colder months and I think it's a bit like lump of coal that is offered around Christmas time. Try them all and see which ones you like. Everyone likes something different."

"RE: Bricks - A really great assortment of a variety of scents -all good. There are some I wouldn't re-order, based on personal taste, but many I will. Body Soap is a little too thick for the container, and shampoo/conditioner is good but seems to have little scent."
