"Hey I feel you owe me one scrubber, After the 5th washing the string fell off, Just fell. Unfortunately I threw it away before reaching out to you and without proof didn’t get a new one. So guys and gals don’t put it in the machine , when ya change soaps give it a good soak in the sink and a good scrub and bang squeaky clean! Don’t risk it. They are expensive and who decide when you buy one no more soap. So you just dropped the soap and kept the scrubber at the same price!!! Cheap marketing ploy, you have the best marketing with the scrubber and soap together at that price! Also change the soap up too with seasons or new marketing."

Only way it could improve, sometimes the paracord gets caught in the Velcro, if the paracord was attached on the other side, it wouldn’t happen as frequently. But that’s a nit."
