"I would love to be able to say the soap was amazing but I never received it. I did reach out and you guys were extremely helpful but I went and looked as soon as I received the delivery confirmation email and it was not there. I even asked where it was placed and it was already a location I had searched. I’m having a hard time understanding how it was “delivered” but never seemed to reach my mailbox. Just an issue that seems worth looking into."
