The beard wash cleans great without drying out my beard, and the beard balm keeps everything looking sharp without feeling greasy. The shampoo puck lathers really well and lasts a long time. I also grabbed a few of their soaps — the Illegally Cut Pine, Lump of Coal, and Peppermint Bark — and they’re fantastic. Big bars, great scents, and they leave you feeling clean without being overpowering. High-quality products at a very reasonable price. Definitely adding these to my regular routine."

"I am very disappointed with Duke Cannon, particularly their pushy and condescending customer service. . . especially "Blake"! As a busy Hairstylist with a considerable male clientele with many beards; I will be actively discouraging them from purchasing your products and personally never use them again. When I received an email notification of an unauthorized order, I immediately responded to cancel the order. My response was ignored. Days later, the very condescending Blake refused to comply and correct and refund the unauthorized charge. I hope that the $14 was worth losing customers."
