Why Subscribe? 

Our subscription service allows you to opt-in for recurring delivery of your favorite Duke Cannon products on a schedule that works for you. For each item, you choose the shipment frequency, and you can pause, swap, or cancel your subscription at any time. For most items, when you subscribe, you save 10% on your initial and all future shipments while your subscription is active. 

What is the Duke Cannon Supply Drop? 

The Duke Cannon Supply Drop is a quarterly subscription box that includes $75 worth of product, plus a bonus Duke Cannon swag item, for just $50 plus free shipping. It is a curated box of top smellers and seasonally relevant items that allows you to try new things, including items that may be unavailable for purchase individually or available only while supplies last.  

The Duke Cannon Supply Drop is not available for a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you enroll for recurring quarterly shipments to be processed every 3 months from your initial enrollment until you unsubscribe. 

How do I sign up? 

Products that are available for recurring orders will be noted on the product page. You can either select “One Time Purchase” or “Subscribe & Save 10%”. 

If you choose to subscribe, when you place your first order, a subscription account is created under the email you used to place the order.  

To manage your subscriptions, you will need to set up an account on that requires an email and password to login. 

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your subscription replenishment order is set to process. This will give you the opportunity to edit your order before it ships. Any edits to your order after it has processes are not guaranteed, so please do so before the processing date.  

Managing Subscriptions 

Manage subscriptions by logging in to the Subscription Portal. Here, you can add one-time or recurring items to your existing subscription, pause or re-schedule your delivery, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

Address update  

When updating your address, you will need to change it both within the Subscription Portal, as well as within your Duke Cannon account. If your address is not updated in both places, your subscription shipment address will default to the current address listed in your Duke Cannon account.  

You may reach out to to request an address change, but if your order has already processed, we will not be able to retroactively apply your updated address to this shipment. Please note: Duke Cannon is not responsible for address errors. 

Frequency/Skipping an order  

Upon enrollment, you choose a delivery schedule that works for you. Once you’ve subscribed, you can pause, edit, or swap products in the Subscription Portal. 

Adding items to an order  

You can add new products to a current subscription by logging in to your Duke Cannon account and navigating to the Subscription Portal. Adding items to an existing subscription within the Subscription Portal ensures that all your subscription items are processed as one shipment. 

Please Note: If you sign up for a new subscription by choosing “Subscribe and Save” on a product page, you will create a new subscription for that item with its own delivery schedule and shipping method that cannot be combined with existing subscriptions. Avoid paying for shipping fees twice by adding items to an existing subscription within the Subscription Portal. 

Updating Payment Method on File

If your payment information expires or is declined, your order will not process until it is updated on your subscription account.  

Things to Note 

Free shipping is applied at checkout when you reach the $50 threshold. Subscription orders are not eligible for additional discounts, gift cards, or reward points. 

You will receive an email notification 3 days prior to each shipment processing date. If you wish to make changes to or cancel an order, you must do so before your order processes to avoid charges for that shipment.  

We work hard to ensure our subscribers get first dibs on products, even when items go out of stock and we await replenishment. If an item is discontinued or anticipated to be out of stock for an extended period, we will remove it from your subscription so that all other items continue to process according to your desired schedule.
