Try again...I bought this a second time to give it a second chance, there won’t be a third.... I was looking for an afternoon/evening (application during shower only, not sink) face soap as I like to stick pretty closely to the “morning” part of the DC orange face scrub.(which by the way has also seemed to have changed formula for a slight degradation in quality over the past year or so). But this stuff didn’t have the right ratio in the first version I tried and doesn’t have it in this second version either. The cream does not apply very well and most usually ends up slipping into the drain before you can apply it. Rinse/Repeat? No.

Icy mint polish for your faceThe quick buff has a very nice cooling and scrubbing feel on the skin. I use it mostly as a pre shave scrub and the mint and the crystals (salt I think) really wake you up in the morning. This product is a very good skin cleaner and shave prep. I notice that my skin is very smooth after using this scrub, a high quality shave cream, and the Duke cannon aftershave. I think it’s best to use this as recommended 3-4x per week because you can really scrub the skin away, bad to do everyday but good if it’s less often. Overall I thoroughly enjoy this product and look forward to my shave mornings.

Cleans a dirty face for sureI’ve tried a lot of face wash products over the years, but I was honestly never very good at caring about my skin. My job gets dirty, and my personal life ain’t much different. I’m always in truck motor, a motorcycle, covered in metal dust, or just sweaty and greasy. I’ve gone with a few combinations and settled on this quick buff scrub either just for the real dirty days, or every 2-3 days otherwise, and then the coal miner face wash as my daily shower face fixer. Thank you Mr. Cannon!

Good exfoliantI'm pretty new to the skincare game and my friends who are better versed in this say to use it 1-2 times a week. Been doing it once a week and it's gotten the job done. Very minty aroma to it which I happen to like more than scentless. Burns a little when you let it sit but leaves a nice cool tingly sensation afterwards.

Can you stand the cold? This Face Scrub releases the heat built up in your face from working all day. The cleaning crystals in the scrub remove all the dirt, grime, and sweat that you build up from busting your a%& all day. The cooling mint mixes well with the boiling hot shower and instantly puts your face in the freezer wall.

Beware of good resultsIt’s like someone took a peppermint and dissolved into arctic snow and then buried my face in it.

Okay, but not necessaryFor what this it, it is ok. Could be more viscous or "slippery" if you will. However, most men do not require exfoliation because shaving provides all the exfoliation that a man should need. So if you shave frequently I would skip this. If you shave infrequently then a more viscous formula would be better for stubble. This is why I liked [the now discontinued] Working Man's Face wash because it was viscous and had more exfoliating beads than the current face wash. So they tried to split one product into 2, and unsuccessfully IMHO.
